Stay somewhere where no one disturbs you, set yourself confortabe, close your eyes, clear your mind, and make a few breathing exercices, for 5 minutes, now try to visualise yourself in a white room with 2 doors, one in fron of you and one behind you, visualise how you turn around and you open the door and you cross over, there you will see your past life, after you finish do the same thing but in reverse, like you go back througt the door and you come back in present time, its important to do that, because you may remain with feeling and wounds from your past life !
