Well, we all want to be smarter without learning a lot, well there i a way!
To increase your mental capacity you have to start to evolve! The best evolution, is my type of evolution, and when i say my type i mean that not only in brain capacity, not only in power, not only in one thing, but in all.
So if you want to evolve as one of the best creatures, then you have to :
1- Sport! Sport is one of the best things to increase the strenght, flexibility, rezistance, speed of your body, plus that increase the amount of oxigen in you. But dont choose only one type of sport, you can start with only one type, but in time you have to mix it, make a big mix, i did a mix from martial art, parkour/free running, bodybuilding, swimming, baschetball, cycling.... and more.
2- Read! Read more and more, and no, you dont have to read only books, and a lot of books, you can read anything you want, but at least 30 minutes per day. and everytime read after you make sport. Because in that time your body absorb more oxygen from the air to relax and recover itself, and your brain will be more active too.
3- Play video games! Yep, i said it! Video games actually improves your abilities. Games makes you smarter and more attuned to your surroundings. A University of Rochester study found that regular players were able to processvisual clues faster and had greater problem-solving skills. The best game to master is a first-person shooter such as CoD: Black Ops. Unlike The Sims, they encourage critical thinking and improve real-world hand/eye co-ordonation.
4- Use your both hands. Yeah i know, i heard a lot of last news about trying to use both hands will fuck you up more, actually is false, people who have a lot of money dont want you to be smart, thats why they do their best to make your more and more stupid. Of course you dont have to use only left hand if you are right-handed, or right hand if you are left-handed, you them both, try to balance them, trow on the floor some toys, or papers, then start pick them up with one hand, when you finish trow them again and start pick them up with the other hand. do this a few times per day.
5- Meditation! Meditation is not a mambo jumbo bullshit, actually is very important and very good, it increase the oxygen absorbtion in your body, it increase your healing abilities, relax you, eliminates stress, and you know that stress is the main guilty shit of falling sick.
6- Dont censore yourself or other! Yep. Censore actually puts a limit on your thinking. because you will use only a certain group of expresions to talk. But when you actually use what the hell you want, you make new expressions, new bad expressions, but this will make your brain create more and more new things, of course you dont go to your kids and tell them to fuck off. Talk with your friends free.
7- If you have a talent, like singing with voice, instrument, painting, drawing, writing..etc practice it as often as you can, BUT!!!!!! Get another one! And another one, and another one, and more and more! DOnt take them all at once, but one of the time, so you can concentrate on each one of them.
8- Look at nature. You can look at trees, oceans, rivers, animals, clouds, stars, moon... and let your imagination fly!
9- Spend more time in nature! More time in nature will maintain your body more healty, more young, and you will feel better and better!
10-Learn new languages!
