Starting from today, i challenge everyone to train how they wish for the next 2 weeks, after 2 weeks i will post a date, when people who desire to be more then puny humans, to make the 5,000 x 3 challenge. 5000 Push-Ups; 5000 Sit-Ups; 5000 Squats!
