Yes, we still can evolve, we are evolving right in this moment, how? Well that's because of the adaptation ability that we have like every other creature, just that we are part of those who can adapt faster! A lot of incredible wise minded people though at ideas how to evolve, well belive me or not i have an 206 IQ and I was not born with that IQ. Actually until 6 months ago i had only 124! But i found a secret! Science say : To evolve we must train our brain with more knowledge! Athletes: We must train our bodies to become stronger, faster. Spiritual people : We must train our mind/spirit. Religion : you are a bug in front of god, you will burn and suffer forerever and ever in hell. But He loves you and He needs Money! So all except religion have right! But they are incomplete! Because as i said all 3 science, sport and spiritualism have right. Why? Well it's not quite necesary, you can evolve only with one of them too, or choose religion for involution. But you will evolve just in one side, more intelligent? Weaker body, stronger mind. More power? More power in body not that much inteligent. Awaking? Well it's very good for both health some abilities and inteligent. But if you combine them? Start with sport! Because like this you will make your body much more powerful so it's gonna be able to sustain that much energy produced by your mind/spirit once you start with the learning science and spiritualism(meditation) (example : Dragon Ball Z, yeah some will say it's only a cartoon, well thats what they said about Saiyan scouters and hello google glasses plus many other), Now : One you get a pretty good body strenght you can start to meditate and study every single time you get a break from training! Between sets, meditate or learn, you cant get a book with you between the weights, it's still a gym not a library, but you can listen audio books intead of normal music. I know you need music, but actually not the music is the one that helps you, but how you react because of your music. If you listen music you either dont think at the training but at something else either feel stronger and do more, in both cases it's because you did not focused on your weak body getting tired, and because of that your body had no choice but to keep moving. So train with your body only, your mind must be calm. As long as your mind is calm you can train longer, i use it all the time, one time i was very sick and others had to hold me still in the locker room only to take a damn break. So, Wanna evolve? Mind/Spirit, body and brain!
