2- Remind yourself about your childhood with good and bad!

4- Why did you stop to have those dreams? Because of money that you can get them anyway now? Or because others told you something else? And thats a huge mistake!
5- Get rid of stress and fear! Stress= a bulshit in our life that makes us sick because we tell ourself that we cant handle something, well tell this tho those who had to survive in extreme conditions or wars, tell them how hard you can handle a work at the office, a small salary that you can do something else to make more money! Fear- that its quite funny! Fear is not real, its a product of our imagination, the only place where fear can exist its in our thoughts about the future, making us to fear things that dont exist and may never exist! Fear+Stress makes our mind and body weak, makes us sick! So you get older and older!
6- Put a fucking smile on your face no matter what!
7- Why do you want to live when you dont trully live your life? Stop continue to just exist being a slave of trend and rules of society, break free, live your life, enjoy the beauty of nature, maybe some adrenaline too!
8- Stop making so much fucking worries! Oh no i will late there, i will lose that, i wont see that, fuck those shits, the only people who have the right to worry about those shits are Doctors, Firemans, Police, only the good ones ofcourse, cuz the rest makes you worse!
9- Get a pice of paper and a pencil, not a phone or computer, use something simple you lazy ass, and start to write at least 10 things that you wish to make and that makes you happy! Like going to a movie with who you love, fishing, ride the bike, eating something you want to finally taste, play a new game, play a game form your childhood with your friend and kids and like this you teach them how to move their butts outside from the face of the computer! BE HAPPY!
and 10- Make some fucking sport! You dont have to become a bodybuilder, a football player, dont dare to say golf, the fuck its that shit? Anyway, make some movement , start easy to make your muscles to become more flexible again, and to make your body feel better again! Movement its important!
